Life at DOC
Our Culture
Since 1879, when young Daniel O’Connell established this company, our strength has come from the generations of hard-working men and women of DOC. Our employees are rewarded with a benefits and compensation package that includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement. We work hard to create a rewarding workplace and are proud to see the results by celebrating employees completing 10, 20 and even 30 years of service to our company.
We offer employment opportunities for project managers, superintendents, engineers, estimators, and office/administrative staff at all our office locations. Career paths are available for both experienced construction veterans and recent graduates.
